I struggled with this, I was scouted, but when I used the tags the artwork didn't come up on the tags.The problem was that when I was going to create an artwork I didn't click on that is wasn't a shetch. When I didn't click on it, it just came up for me, and no one else. Try that if you have the same problem as I did
